SKP是我公(gōng)司專門針對深井、超深井、鑽遇大段鹽膏層等複雜井所研制出的一種新(xīn)型抗高溫、抗鹽、抗鈣強降濾失劑。該産(chǎn)品是由由苯酚、甲醛、磺化劑等各種原料在一定的條件下經多(duō)次聚合和磺化而成，為(wèi)粉末狀陰離子水溶性聚電(diàn)解質(zhì)。該劑降低高溫高壓濾失量效果好，抗高溫達180℃以上，抗鹽至飽和，能(néng)有(yǒu)效改善泥餅質(zhì)量，降低泥餅磨擦系數，對于鞏固井壁，防塌、防卡具(jù)有(yǒu)重要作(zuò)用(yòng)。建議加量1-3%,适合應用(yòng)于各種鑽井液。

一、産(chǎn)品特性

1、 抗溫效果好,抗溫可(kě)達180℃，在該溫度下具(jù)有(yǒu)較強的穩定性，且不易降解。

2、 抗鹽、抗鈣鎂能(néng)力強，抗鹽可(kě)達飽和，抗鈣可(kě)達3000ppm，抗鎂可(kě)達2000ppm。

3、 加量小(xiǎo)，降濾失效果好，對鑽井液其它性能(néng)影響小(xiǎo)，能(néng)有(yǒu)效降低成本，特别适合用(yòng)于鑽大段高壓鹽膏層所使用(yòng)的高密度鑽井液體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)。

4、 配伍性好，能(néng)與各種處理(lǐ)劑配合，适用(yòng)于各種水基鑽井液體(tǐ)系，且現場應用(yòng)工(gōng)藝簡單，維護處理(lǐ)方便。

本産(chǎn)品以塑料内袋包裝(zhuāng)後，紙塑三合一袋為(wèi)外包裝(zhuāng)，每袋淨重25（＋0.5）kg。

産(chǎn)品在儲存過程中(zhōng)應注意避免日光曝曬，要防潮、防淋、防止包裝(zhuāng)袋破損。

本品不易燃、沒毒，按非危險品運輸管理(lǐ)。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用(yòng)大量清水清洗。

Product Details

SKP is a new type of high temperature resistant, salt resistant and calcium resistant fluid loss reducer specially developed by our company for deep wells, ultra deep wells, drilling large salt gypsum layers and other complex wells. The product is made of phenol, formaldehyde, sulfonating agent and other raw materials by multiple polymerization and sulfonation under certain conditions. It is a powdered anionic water-soluble polyelectrolyte. It can effectively improve the quality of mud cake, reduce the friction coefficient of mud cake, and play an important role in consolidating wellbore, preventing collapse and sticking. The recommended dosage is 1-3%, which is suitable for various drilling fluids.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in plastic inner bag and paper plastic three in one bag, with a net weight of 25 (+ 0.5) kg per bag.

In the process of storage, the products should be protected from sunlight, moisture, rain and package damage.

This product is non flammable, non-toxic, according to non dangerous goods transportation management.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
