該産(chǎn)品是磺甲基腐植酸通過縮合反應及磺化劑磺化反應等一系列特殊化學(xué)改性處理(lǐ)工(gōng)藝，合成了兼具(jù)降粘，降濾失作(zuò)用(yòng)，能(néng)耐200－220℃高溫的新(xīn)型廉價、鑽井液處理(lǐ)劑。矽氟基團的引入增強了該産(chǎn)品的抗溫性和吸附穩定性，使産(chǎn)品表現出較好的耐溫能(néng)力。
一、産(chǎn)品特性
1、高溫穩定性好，較高抗溫能(néng)力達到220℃，尤其适用(yòng)于深井、超深井及異常高溫井。
2、在高溫條件下的降粘、降濾失效果明顯。它能(néng)有(yǒu)效地抑制粘土在高溫下的分(fēn)散，改善泥漿的高溫穩定性 ，降低泥漿的HTHP濾失，使泥漿在高溫下仍具(jù)有(yǒu)良好的流變性。
3、與其它處理(lǐ)劑配伍性良好，使用(yòng)範圍廣泛。适用(yòng)于各種淡水鑽井液體(tǐ)系。亦可(kě)與其它抗鹽處理(lǐ)劑複配使用(yòng)于飽和鹽水鑽井液體(tǐ)系。

三、包裝(zhuāng)、運輸及儲存
包裝(zhuāng)袋為(wèi)紙塑三合一袋，内襯聚乙烯薄膜袋，頂口縫合後用(yòng)膠帶粘接，每袋淨重25(＋0.5)kg。
本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害，按非危險品運輸管理(lǐ)。
産(chǎn)品在儲存過程中(zhōng)應注意防潮、防曬、防漏。有(yǒu)效期為(wèi)二年。
本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用(yòng)大量清水清洗。

Product Details

Packaging, Transportation and Storage
The packaging bag is a paper plastic three in one bag, lined with polyethylene film bag. The top opening is sewn and then bonded with adhesive tape. The net weight of each bag is 25 (+ 0.5) kg.
This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.
The products should be protected from moisture, sun and leakage during storage. It is valid for two years.
Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
